Just start

So started a single project to make myself a leader but the process of this goal all cover my other goal of doing a public service for the sufferers. The reason to have this goal is quite simple for me as I want to able to volunteer to lead any group, anywhere, in any circumstance, and keep the peace. I tried to improve my leadership qualities but the main challenge was I wasn’t able to take the initiative. But after starting amal when I got a chance at improving my leadership qualities by being a student ambassador for the SKMH campaign I went for it.

The first task I did was creating a group and then familiarizing myself with my group members and that was an awesome experience to know that we are working with people from all over Punjab. I will tell only the first challenge I faced that was we had to attend an orientation in Lahore which was impossible because of COVID-19’s increasing spread. So I talked to our guide and arranged an online orientation for all people. For now, I have learned that you have to be available anytime for the people working under you and also where you have to be soft and where to be rude. Next, I will be collecting data of their tasks and keeping a record with me and after that, we will be having an online meeting with all members to pay my gratitude to them and a virtual party for our task completion.
