During this course I came across AMAL TOTKAY of developing a growth mindset which was self-talk, getting out of your comfort zone, create new habits, ask people for help, and lastly fake it till you make it.

All of these tips have different essence from the other and carry their own value. Each of these tips made me learn something new, broaden my vision, and I will be implementing some of these totkays in my daily life.

Sometimes when we come across a problem most of us think we will not be able to make it, we continue having self-doubt and doubt our own strengths and what eventually happens is our brain and body makes us believe we will not be able to achieve our goal. But instead, if we face difficulty then we tell ourselves that we are strong and we will get our goal then the result would be different. I learned from this tip is think I can do anything, I am strong and capable, and nothing except me can stop me from achieving my goals.

Getting ourselves out of our comfort zone will not only upgrade our thinking but also our approach towards problem-solving. I came to know that if I want to achieve something big I have to make a big sacrifice for it too, think big and out of the box, and try new things that we feel are difficult for us.

Creating new habits now and then to learn new things and strengthen my skills sounds like a great idea to develop mind growth. Developing myself in a way that every day I learn something new and acquire a good habit, practice to make it permanent, and also avoid the bad habits will be a better way of improving.

Asking for help from others had been the hardest thing in any era. But it can be the easiest thing if we choose the ones who really care about us and we know we can get a piece of fair advice from them without any judgment.

Fake it till you make it the most interesting one. For me, it is the same as creating a deception as magicians do. Acting like we are competent, confident, and great analysts, though it may not sound too convincing in the beginning, eventually it will become a part of our nature and anything done naturally is much more convincing than acting.

All of these tips are amazing and worth working on but my favorite ones are self-talk, fake it till you make it, and last but not least creating new habits. The one tip that I was already implementing in my life is self-talk and what I will be starting to implement is fake it till you make it. The steps that I will be taking would be pretending from now on is that I am a confident person and not a shy one, I will be trying to initiate a conversation on my own with others, and for that, once in a day, I will be interacting with at least one person.

If we want to develop a growth mindset then we can start practicing AMAL TOTKAY from today onwards and also broaden your circle of friends, talk to them, acceptance to their ideas because it will not only make you able to know others perspective on a problem but also different ways to solve the same situation.
